Parking on Arvon Avenue
On-street parking directly on Arvon Avenue is free of charge and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved. Parking can be busy during peak season, weekends and bank holidays, so we recommend arriving earlier in the day where possible.
If you can't find a space on Arvon Avenue, there are several council car parks within a short walk. Some offer free overnight parking from late afternoon — useful if arriving later in the day.

All are pay-and-display council car parks with various stay options. Once parked, everything in Llandudno — including The Rosedene — is within easy walking distance.
By Car
- 1.Exit the A55 at Junction 19
- 2.Follow signs for A470 → Llandudno
- 3.Continue straight into the town centre
- 4.Come to a roundabout with Sainsbury's on your right — take the first left
- 5.Drive to the next roundabout and turn right into Arvon Avenue
- 6.The Rosedene is the blue property halfway up on the right-hand side
Sat Nav tip
Postcode LL30 2DY usually works well, but some sat navs occasionally route to a nearby street. If this happens, search manually for Arvon Avenue, Llandudno. Once on Arvon Avenue, head toward the top end of the street.
By Train
Arrive at Llandudno station — not Llandudno Junction, which is a different station several miles away. The walk to us takes around 10–15 minutes.
- 1.Exit the station turning left onto Augusta Street
- 2.Walk straight ahead towards the Albert and onto Madoc Street
- 3.Continue to the right of Tribells into Chapel Street
- 4.Go over the mini roundabout
- 5.Onto Arvon Avenue — blue property halfway up on the right
By Bus
The nearest bus stops are on Gloddaeth Street, just a 2–4 minute walk away. Multiple local routes serve these stops, connecting Llandudno to Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno Junction and surrounding areas.

Near Ormo Lounge — Gloddaeth Street
From either stop, turn onto Arvon Avenue and head toward the top of the street. The Rosedene is clearly signed.
A few things worth knowing
Finding Arvon Avenue
Arvon Avenue is off Gloddaeth Street — the main road that runs between both beaches. Take the turn at the roundabout by Tiffanys and the Travelodge and you will find yourself on Arvon Avenue. We are the only blue property, halfway up on the right-hand side. Head toward the top end of the street and look for our sign.
Parking in Peak Season
Llandudno is a busy seaside town and parking is the one thing guests sometimes find challenging. Arriving before midday during peak season gives you the best chance of a space on Arvon Avenue. If not, Maelgwyn Road car park is the closest alternative at just 3–4 minutes on foot.
